Who are Reorg?
REORG uses the power of community, jiu-jitsu and functional fitness/crossfit to make a difference. We build, connect and grow communities through Athlete Training/Sponsorships, a network of training partners, and through National, Regional, and Local Events. We enable people to ‘find their kind,’ reconnecting with communities, rebuilding confidence and opening gateways to wider support. REORG empowers people and leads by example through lived experience. We raise awareness and celebrate potential.

Reorg 60
The REORG 60 is the first of our two programmes, and the one all our beneficiaries start on. It is a 60 day (or 2 month) gym membership fully funded by us. Beneficiaries who are eligible and accepted onto the programme must meet the following requirements throughout the 60 days:
Attendance
Attend, on average, two sessions per week.
Feedback
Complete a feedback form after every session, accessed by our QR code.
Absence
Inform us, by completing our absence form, if they cannot attend 2 sessions per week
Evaluation
Complete our evaluation form at the end of the 60 days.


Reorg 365
After completion of the REORG 60 programme, beneficiaries who have met the requirements will be invited to move onto the REORG 365 programme. This is a monthly gym membership, fully funded by us, for 12 months. Beneficiaries accepted onto the 365 must meet the following requirements throughout the 12 months:
Attendance
Attend, on average, two sessions per week (or 8 sessions per month).
Session logs
Log their session by using our QR code.
Absence
Inform us, by completing our absence form, if they cannot attend 2 sessions per week
Goal setting
Complete monthly evaluation and goal setting forms
