Our Sessions

We offer a well-structured timetable designed to suit all skill levels and busy lifestyles. Classes run throughout the week and on weekends, so it’s easy to find a time that works for you. In particular, beginners can benefit from dedicated sessions that focus on building a strong foundation. Meanwhile, advanced students have access to classes aimed at refining technique and strategy.

Our classes

All classes on our timetable follow a structured format and are delivered in focused 4–6 week blocks. Each block covers a specific topic. As a result, students can build a deeper understanding of key concepts and techniques over time.

In addition to these structured classes, our timetable also includes weekly sparring session and open mat sessions. These sessions give members the opportunity to spar, revisit techniques, or explore new movements at their own pace. Whether you’re rolling with others or drilling solo, the sparring class and open mat provide the flexibility to train in the way that suits you best.

Teens class

In addition, we run a dedicated teens class every Saturday. It provides a fun, supportive, and disciplined environment. Young grapplers build fitness, gain confidence, and develop valuable skills on the mats.

Youth Programme -16-17 years old

We’ve developed a bespoke Youth Training Programme designed specifically for 16–17-year-olds, enabling them to safely participate in adult classes. This programme provides a structured and supportive environment where young athletes can transition into adult training while gaining a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It also helps them continue building fitness, growing in confidence, and developing valuable skills on the mats.
